Ok, god, good thing sebastian is watching :)

I moved this over to the ASF member list (unfortunately, private). 

My proposal is to make the ASF do its job: defend its developers. Either
by calling Sun officials directly (we know a bunch of them), or by
slashdotting it, or by doing press coverage (Edd: hint, hint :)

It might not be easy, but Cocoon and AxKit are ahead of Brazil by almost
a couple of lightyears. 

Let make the US patent office know that OSS might be as 'inventive' as
any corporation.
