yup,

Use the following namespace for the xsl:
<xsl:stylesheet version="1.0"
xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform">

and the following output method:
<xsl:output method="html" version="4.0"/>

at the start of the stylesheet.  That should do it.
