Looks to me like a bug in Antigen -- a badly chosen signature which is
yielding false positives. That happens sometimes; it's an occupational
hazard of writing virus-detectors.

It's Antigen's responsibility to improve their tool so it doesn't generate
erroneous reports ... and the responsibility of whoever's using Antigen to
either make sure that happens or switch to a better-maintained too.

If the virus-checker thinks that XML files are threats, we could have
when people attach XMLs to their questions/bug reports.

Does anyone know who decided XMLs are bad, and why?

Antigen for Exchange found substtest.zip->instance.xml matching =*.xml file
The file is currently Removed.  The message, "RE: Using substitutionGroup
and/or abstract to substitute types (", was
sent from Edwards, Jayme  and was discovered in IMC Queues\Inbound
