How will you solve the packaging problems?  Now someone has
to download the ADK jar files along with everythng else.   I'm
sympathetic to this idea, but we have a fair number of end-user
types downloading Xerces-J, and enough user support issues
because people don't include all the .jar's as it is.  This is only
going to make things worse. Unless you propose making the
build's of the two projects much more interdependent.
