the only problem is that these features are not yet implemented in Apache
SOAP. So there is no convienient method to use it.

A proposal has been submitted to the W3C just a few days ago for doing that
using MIME Multipart/Related messages. See
http://www.w3.org/TR/SOAP-attachments.
