I guss Apache group are more interested about Java rather than C++!!
For sending message througth TCP or UDP, it is the matter of communication
protocol.

Hello,

In all of the Apache stuff, is there a C++ class that encapsulates
the notion of reading an entire XML file/doc over a TCP connection?
What about an XML file/doc in a UDP datagram?

Bill
