 NS6/Mozilla M18+ DOES support xslt.  The xslt processor is called
TransforMiix - go to www.mozilla.org and search for it.  You have to
install the package by opening it with the browser.  They're still
working the bugs out, but it does work.

No javascript support yet, I believe.
