If the issue is a major architectural change, name-history resides in the
noise, not the signal.

But Xerces was named after the butterfly, not the historical figure.  Also
look at the relationship between Xerces the butterfly and Cocoon.  Perhaps a
related species to Xerces Blue would be more in keeping with the 'naming
convention'.

Here's another name to throw into the pot, which might be found more
connotatively correct than either Xerces 2 or Spinnaker:

	Xerces I had a son, named Artaxerces.
