If a !ELEMENT in the DTD is defined as optional, how would you generate a
DOM and provide for that optional element?

Subject: DTD to DOM

Is there a way to read a DTD from file and generate a DOM skeleton? I've
been looking at some SQL builders that require a DOM structure into
which the result set is place. I would prefer to do this dynamically.
