While I don't quite share your evangelism ;-) I agree totally. I'm
working on one (tool) this week which is ripping a multi-thousand page
intranet out of the dirty clutches of Frontpage and into our favorite
format. (for later round-trip publishing with XSL or similar).

The only point is that XSL is NOT the tool for the job, and Cocoon is
not currently the environment for it.
