Subject DOMParser performance metrics

This is interesting. I started with DOMCount of XML4j v 3.0.0EA3,
and built a little DOMTest routine that built a DOMParser, and then
used that same parser in a series of parses of XML files. I grabbed
the metrics of each pass, confining my time queries to just the

BusinessCard.xml: deltaT = 1111ms
Name.xml: deltaT = 131ms
Address.xml: deltaT = 20ms
TelephoneNumber.xml: deltaT = 20ms
Look at the performance gain after the second pass.
