Subject Process for making changes to xml-commons?

Hi guys,

I've got some changes to the XML Catalogs entity resolver (to make
configurations a little more dynamic, mostly) that I'd like to check
in. I've been hesitant to do so because I don't want to break anything
that's using XML Commons. (No matter how much testing I do, I could
still screw up :-)

What's the strategy for checkins to xml-commons?

                                        Be seeing you,
                                          norm
