Subject Re: build a Document that's valid for a DTD

Turbo XMl as an application I am somewhat familiar with. The XMLSpy IDE
has the same capability to generate XML from DTD via its UI. However,
what I am looking for in the ability to build the XML programmatically,
in the code, not via a UI. Thanks.
