Another simple way to achieve the same is setting the
fgXercesSchemaExternalSchemaLocation and
fgXercesSchemaExternalNoNameSpaceSchemaLocation parameters (or using
setExternalSchemaLocation and setExternalNoNamespaceSchemaLocation
methods if available).
