There are a couple of rules in there that I'm not entirely sure of. We
haven't changed the old converter for a while.

One thing you might try is to touch all the jar files - they are
usually converted at the same time. If that does work, let me know and
I'll do it by hand. There's still a bit of work to get done in this
area.

The other alternative is to put them in the m2 repository and I will
sync them over. However, there we are strongly encouraging using the
org.apache.tapestry groupId instead.
