Subject File permissions in java-repository

There're a lot of files with wrong permissions under
/www/www.apache.org/dist/java-repository. IIRC they have to be
writable by any commiter, so permissions should be 664 and group
apcvs, please correct me if I'm wrong.
I could fix it but I have no enough karma, and it's a lot faster doing
all the files at once than pinging each developer to correct his
files. A simple solution can be a cron script that changes ownership
and permissions for files in that dir (although can pose some security
