More specifically: http://www.apache.org/dist/java-repository/batik/jars/

If you can, a Maven POM declaring the basic information about the
project and its compile-time dependencies would be very helpful for
Batik users building with Maven. These are stored in
http://www.apache.org/dist/java-repository/batik/poms/, and take the
Maven 1.x format:
http://maven.apache.org/reference/project-descriptor.html#dependencies
