Hi apache.org mirrors.

   Many mirrors (see below) have bad permissions in the apache archive :

     https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-4981

   Please check your cronjob ; the rsync command should be like :

     rsync -avz ...

   Your rsync command should /not/ look like ;

     rsync -rtlvz ...

   because '-p' (preserve permissions) is missing.

   If your mirror is in the list below, please inspect/fix your cronjob.

   For your information :

   -- rsync option '-a' : archive mode; equals -rlptgoD (no -H,-A,-X)
   -- on the apache rsync servers, directory 'incubator/kafka/' was
      initially created with bad permissions ; after it was corrected,
      the mirrors that use '-rtlvz' didn't pick up the change ; and
      'incubator/kafka' isn't the only problem ...
   -- the '-rtlvz' was in the apache "how to mirror" a long time ago ;
      very sorry about that.

   -- while you're at it, make sure your rsync uses "protocol version 30".
      find out with "rsync --version" ; if it uses "protocol 29", it is
      time for an upgrade ...
