You can easily unsubcribe by yourself, just send a message to: Alternatively you can also unsubscribe a specific address, for example "john@host.domain", just add a hyphen and your address (with '=3D' instead of '@') after the command word: In both cases, a confirmation message will be sent to the address requesting the removal. When you receive it, simply reply to it to complete the unsubscription process.
