I'm working on the search script fix at the moment so that if people start
to mirror the search rsync module the seaching will be reference all local
url's to that mirror instead of pointing back to apache.org all the time

usually it's the same machine.

e.g

apache-mirror.apache.org::apache-ftp/
apache-mirror.apache.org::apache-www/

however, this is pretty academic unless Hank's (and others.. including me)
issues are addressed of the basic archive structure and maintenance.
