Unfortunately connect.com.au do not have such a thing and do not want to
implement it.. 

I'm just about to open it up to all .au domains so change it to say
Restricted to .au domains only

How many users are that? (out of the total .au users).

It sounds like it's something that would be better to just announce
to those users and not put on the mirrors page.
