Try rsync -rtvzl --delete --safe-links --exclude incoming
dev.apache.org::apache-site /home/...whatever

Hope this helps :-)

Subject: Using rsync

I try to mirror Apache-site using rsync. I followed the instruction on
http://www.apache.org/info/how-to-mirror.html.

$ rsync -rtlzv --delete --exclude incoming dev.apache.org::apache-site
/home/apache-mirror

But it doesn't seem to work. It just returns command prompt after a short
while. There is no files under /home/apache-mirror directory.

what's going on???
