I made a mistake in the CVSup "supfile" file I provided in that document -
there should be an extra line

  *default release=cvs

and instead of "apache-site" (a CVS module which doesn't include some
things we have here, like dist/ and the documentation tree), use
"apache-fullsite".  The changes are now on the web site.
