First point: we can NOT provide legal advise here. For that you should consult your in-house
counsel or seek external legal representation.

That being said, Apache Open Office (including its binary convenience artifacts that can be
deployed on a personal computer)  is available under Apache License version 2. You will have
to abide by the license terms when you redistribute the software, but other than that the
redistribution is allowed. Please refer to the licensing terms here: https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0
