I think that section (i) is a restating of clause 6 regarding Trademarks. It seems to me that
either someone is being careful (be that reasonably or overly) or there's some subtle point
of US law at play.

In section (ii), which also seems very Trademark based, I think 'sourced from' is overreaching.
It's a factual statement that products derived from the Work are sourced from Palantir and
its Contributors.
