Thanks, [~jacques.le.roux] for the quick reply. That's the issue exactly.

This is blocking a release, so a quick resolution- even a disappointing one- would be appreciated.

If it is Cat-X, then is it incorrect to distribute json-lib as ALv2 (i.e., the project needs
to update its license)? Or would it only be disallowed in ASF projects? If it is classified
as Cat-X, then we should update the legal documentation and notify the authors.
