Please show me the plan before closing this ticket.

The discussion on the dev@netbeans list is incomplete. There are a few ideas floating around
but no definite action plan has been agreed as far as I can see.

I'd like to see a netbeans JIRA with the plan that we can refer this JIRA to when we decide
it's agreed by the netbeans team.
