Hi Legal,

We've questions regarding to LEGAL-303 and the subsequence ban of Facebook BSD+patents license. Our case is a little bit complicated. Let me explain it:

Apache Bigtop is a project that provides build framework to package Hadoop ecosystem projects into RPM/DEB packages. The comprehensive list of supported projects is [here|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/BIGTOP/Bigtop+1.2.0+Release].
Since our code base is merely the build framework, I think we're not effected. However, we have put RPM/DEB packages(such as Hadoop, Flink, Tez, etc) on Amazon S3 so that user can download them easily. We think these might have problems.

So, the questions are:
*  Do we have ASF-wise list of effected projects?
* Shall we remove RPM/DEB packages for effected projects on Amazon S3? (I think this is yes)
