gstein suggests "If/when the Legal team agrees that a takedown is appropriate, they can just
file a ticket with INFRA, and explain what needs to be done."

This is the effective approach because the request is then 1) evaluated by VP Legal/cmte,
and rejected/countered or is 2) escalated to VP Infra/cmte for one of two outcomes... VP Infra/cmte
either 3a) addresses while escalating to the author/PMC, or 3b) appeals to Pres/BoD for reevaluation
by VP Legal.

Virtually every scenario passes through three layers in this model, so Greg's suggestion is
