Subject [jira] [Commented] (LEGAL-290) Clarification around glog as a BSD-3-Clause licensed work
Date Fri, 10 Feb 2017 11:20:41 GMT

John D. Ament commented on LEGAL-290:

Agreed, if its confirmed that these are all files covered originally by the autoconf clauses
its a non-issue. I just need someone to explain how to confirm.

Also, for whatever what I had listed as a BSD-4-Clause, its only showing one statement, so
maybe I grabbed the wrong file. Let me re-read.

> Google Glog is supposedly [BSD-3-Clause|https://github.com/google/glog/blob/master/COPYING]
> However, if I browse through the source code I can find some content, which likely falls
under build chains per Niclas Hedhman, that is not appropriately licensed. So I'm wondering
if the reliance on glog would be considered OK?
