Big +1 from me. We're dealing with this for Hadoop, and it'd be really helpful to have a small,
standalone Maven dependency we can swap in.

I looked at the org.robolectric:android-all artifact and it's not an appropriate substitute
since it contains a lot of classes besides just the org.json cleanroom implementation.
