Henri Yandell commented on LEGAL-277:
-------------------------------------

I think the original text on jsfiddle is broken; leading to this JIRA issue's question being
equally broken, along with John's interpretation. I don't see how the statement "no license
is enforced" can make any sense.

Licenses are given (ie: they permit actions for the licensee) with possible conditions, and
then could subsequently be enforced if there was a disagreement over whether the conditions
were adhered to. To say 'no license is enforced' is like saying 'no accounts will be deleted'
on a website that doesn't let you create an account. There seems to be no clear license defined
for the jsfiddle code. Steer clear of jsfiddle imo.

> Hi,
> Can we enforce Apache License on the source code picked up from the website http://jsfiddle.net/wldaunfr/JSFLa/

> License page on that website states as follows.
> "All code belongs to the poster and no license is enforced.
> JSFiddle or its authors are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind
during the usage of provided code."
> regards,
> sathwik
