Is that an Apache account, one a random person made, one a committer made?

Are there terms and conditions (I don't see any on Docker Hub)?

If we're pointing users to them, I could see them being considered official, but is it Apache
distributing or Docker?

If it's Apache distributing, how does all the licensing inside come into play with respect
to our position on licensing; and what's our opinion on the FROM section? Also, if Apache
is now providing a OS image, are we keeping the versioning of the OS up to date (security
