We have a PR about 1 java source code
https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/1055

That source code was developed by developers from SalesForce. And they
have setup a project on github with the source code at:
https://github.com/developerforce/StreamingReplayClientExtensions

That source code is licensed using BSD as shown in the LICENSE file
https://github.com/developerforce/StreamingReplayClientExtensions/blob/master/LICENSE

This means the java source code from the PR will have a license header
from BSD with (c) Salesforce Developers.

As all our other source code is (c) ASF then I am a bit uneasy about this PR.

We would just like to hear from Legal at ASF with your thoughts on this? 

Another issue is that the PR we have received is done by a person working in a company NOT from SalesForce. That person whom did the PR got the source code from SalesForce because they are a custom of theirs and have consultants helping them.  Does it matter if the person doing the PR copied the code from the salesforce git repo at: https://github.com/developerforce/StreamingReplayClientExtensions

and put that source code into a PR for Apache Camel?
