The licence [sic] looks good. I'd say Category A. 

1. Attribution is required, which implies NOTICE and LICENSE files need to be included in
distributions.

2. The following is specifically NOT covered by the licence but a CSV file doesn't typically
have any of the excluded properties:

other intellectual property rights, including patents, trade marks, and design rights
