Henri Yandell closed LEGAL-239.
-------------------------------
    Resolution: Fixed

This is going to be a vague answer as you're asking for legal implications (ie legal advice),
and we're neither your lawyer, the owner of the project in question nor lawyers in general.
For a more specific answer you should discuss with your lawyer.

---

As the author's of the license, I'm not aware of our having any intent to treat self-hosting
of a font differently from any other distribution of software under the license, providing
you comply with the terms of the license.

> Good afternoon
> We are looking to download a font for use as a webfont. I was wondering if there were
any legal restrictions on the use of fonts that are hosted on a separate server (not Apache
or Google).
> Are we permitted to self-host this font? Are there any legal implications? I was unable
to find any information about this in the License Agreement or FAQ
> Thank you!
