Henri Yandell closed LEGAL-77.
    Resolution: Fixed

I added this to resolved.html's text; specifically the point that it should be in something
like a README, and to comply with any attribution requirements in the license in question.

svn commit -m "Adding more information regarding 'appropriately labelled' per LEGAL-77" .
Sending resolved.mdtext
Transmitting file data .
Committed revision 1731325.

> The Legal FAQ page says that binary code under a category B license "may be included
in binary form within an Apache product if the inclusion is appropriately labeled:" but gives
no hints as to how to provide such labelling.
