But by FAR most patents nowadays just get filed for = defensive reasons.=20 I bet that at least 2/3rd of patents these days do not hold in court. = But it=E2=80=99s easier to just reply with a =E2=80=9Aoh btw, we have = patented this ${insertBetrandsQuote} ourselves as well=E2=80=98 than to = go through a 2 years legal battle.
