Alex Harui commented on LEGAL-213:
----------------------------------

Specifically, the saxon9.jar from the Saxon-B release.
http://sourceforge.net/projects/saxon/files/Saxon-B/9.1.0.8/saxonb9-1-0-8j.zip/download
I attached all the notices we found for the many jars in that zip. We are using only saxon9.jar.
There doesn't appear to be LICENSE or NOTICE in the jar itself.

We have researched the other artifacts Flex includes and believe we are treating them properly.

> Saxon looked like it was MPL, but deeper investigation shows a set of NOTICE files that
make it seem like there are non-Apache-compatible dependencies.
> Also, it is hard to tell which notices actually apply to the one jar Flex actually uses
(saxon9.jar)
> We are using an older version than what is described here:
> But I think some of the information still applies.
