I never said tests were optional. What I said is that end user's of the product don't include
them (unless your project packages them horribly) in the product they are developing.

If you want to view what the web site says in the worst possible light that is your prerogative.
But I have been following these legal discussions for 8 years and I can tell you you are making
a mountain out of a pebble.
