Copyright notices are never removed from third party libraries. They are only removed from
files that have been explicitly donated to the ASF for the purpose of being actively maintained
by an Apache project, and even then only with permission of the copyright owner.

 Perhaps I could add something to our LICENSE file though.  Why would they need to be removed
anyway? I didn't put those licenses in, they are with YUI3 by default, just as they are with
JQuery and YUI.  Those are very common files, it's hard to imagine any Apache project removing
them.
