Hi,

> In this case, FlexUnit (version 4.x) is a next-generation, mostly re-written version
that includes a subset of the Adobe BSD files.

FlexUnit4 wasn't a rewrite but written from scratch based on JUnit4 and includes a few Adobe
BSD files to be compatible with and run FlexUnit1 tests.

This context may help:
- 2200 files with Apache licensed files (donated by Digital Primates)
- 70 files BSD licensed files (copyright Adobe)
- 1 file with MIT licensed (copyright FlexLib)

All files contain the correct copyright and licence headers.

Of those 70 Adobe files all but 2 are used in an optional UI test runner. Some of the Adobe
file have been modified and still have the Adobe header license.

Thanks,
Justin
