+1 to what Doug said below.
I'm also of the mindset that I am not sure you
can continue to contribute without being able to
sign an ICLA..it goes against the meritocracy of
the ASF b/c you should be recognized for your contributions
and we don't have "front people" that contribute for others -
we tear through those weeds and empower those contributing.
