Hi Alex and Jukka,

Your emails brought back fond memories of earlier threads here.

Even though that "legal stuff" is as effective at the bottom as it is at the
top of a file, there will still be some here who refuse such notices
*anywhere* in the source code. If offends their eyes or something.

Revisit that topic at your own risk! As you can tell, I've already heard
enough on this dispute here to last me a lifetime.

I cannot speak for my company's legal team, but I'm pretty sure they would
agree.  Their only point was that it could cut down on the cost of arguing
about it, so more of a practical, "do what folks expect" and "don't appear
sneaky" advice, than a legal requirement.
