The responsibility I accepted was to produce a policy that covered everything but "releases".
As of today, what that word means is in flux at levels above my pay grade, which means the
things the policy actually covers is in doubt.  Sorry I'm not into mind games about basic
definitions- I expect this will be clarified within the next week or so so I can continue.
