(Slow) progress is being made. There was a slight hitch in setting up the a=
ccount ("The Apache Software Foundation" vs. "Apache Software Foundation") =
that added a 6 week delay. That has been fixed and we now have the next and=
 potentially final legal agreement. It isn't publicly accessible so I have =
put it in svn:

It should be accessible to all members. If you are not a member speak up an=
d I'll put a copy in your home dir on people.a.o but note that this agreeme=
nt must not be shared publicly.

I've had a quick read through. I don't see any major show stoppers but I do=
 think we'll need something that folks need to sign to say they have read t=
his agreement and will abide by its terms before we add their apple ID to o=
ur ASF account.

I won't agree to this agreement until I get the OK from Sam.
