By "include" we mean: we have a runtime dependency on cryptographic
libraries (Bouncycastle), and for a couple (<10) of tests we have a
compile-time dependency.
FWIW: As Apache ACE is completely modular it should be possible to
separate the cryptographic stuff from the main distribution, if this
would simplify matters...
