While I agree with your assessment, to me this license looks like somebody in high school
wrote it or meant it as a joke. It's intention is most likely similar to the MIT license (http://www.opensource.org/licenses/mit-license.php)
or the BSD license (http://www.opensource.org/licenses/bsd-license.php) but even more liberal,
although in those you will notice that they explicitly refer to what the license covers. 


Although I'm going to suggest that someone with more legal training should weigh in on this
one just because I don't think it is written very well, I doubt it will be a problem.
