I don't understand what conditions we don't meet. Are you interpreting the license correctly in light of the technology we're implementing? As Dan Ravicher wrote: "Thus, if the purpose of your reverse engineering is only to write software that streams video, audio and/or data content and not for the excluded purposes, then you are complying
with the license." Our Apache software is not intercepting data streams for subsequent storage or circumventing technological measures for the protection of content, is it?
