Sam Ruby commented on LEGAL-126:

Since JQuery is available under your choice of license, simply chose the one that best serves
your purposes and ignore the other.

> I would like to add some code to the OODT project, however this code is heavily dependent
upon the jQuery library (http://jquery.com/). JQuery is available under both the MIT and
GPLv2 licenses (http://jquery.org/license/). While it would seem from documentation available
to committers that the MIT license is compatible with the ASL (http://apache.org/legal/resolved.html#category-a),
I have been advised that GPLv2 is not. Do both licenses have to satisfy the ASL, or does
simply satisfying one of the two licenses (in this case, the MIT license) make the code acceptable
to submit?
